PLAYER RESPONSIBILITY
All players are responsible for knowing the rules. The addendums to the TAP rulebook are official rules of Phoenix TAP and override any rule as it is written in the TAP rule book if there is a difference.
Captains...it is your responsibility. when adding a new player to the TAP League, that you inquire about any exisitng handicap rating they may have...STATE, TOURNAMENT OR LEAGUE! If anyone allows a new player to start as a H/C 4 or less who has an existing League, Tournament or State rating higher than a 4, that player will automatically be raised to the appropriate handicap and any team points that were won by that player will be deducted from the team total points and awarded to the team they played.

Vegas Nationals Singles Tournament Sign-upIf you are planning on going to the Vegas Nationals in November to play in the "Singles" events for TAP players, you must pre-register. Click on the above link to download the registration form and send it in to the TAP Corporate office prior to October 2, 2010.

- ...Sat., Oct. 2 - All teams play at Main Street - Starts @ 10 for championship board & 11 for 2nd chance board
